hey
i am wondering how thick i should make each of the three layers
(horn, wood, sinew) to build a composite bow that draws around 60-70#

Hi Hunterman,I would immagine about 3/16" horn, same for the wood and about 3/16 sinew dried for a bow 48" nock to nock.I managed to put way more sinew on my bow and it is now at 80lbs at 29" draw.Getting a bit hard now for an old geezer and and do some strengthening exercizes
