Rawhide or Sinew
« on: September 25, 2012, 11:14:34 am »
I'm looking for enough rawhide to back a couple of bows.  Possibly looking for sinew as well, although I'd prefer rawhide.  Got a few things I could possibly trade.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks!

I just came from Rob's place( Trapper Rob ),  got some rawhide from him ( and my fletcher he borrowed ). I saw another elk hide and several deer hides in his shop. Robbie taught me how to knapp and gave me some stone to get me started.  He is a great guy to trade with and I can vouch for him " he is honest".
I needed my fletcher back because I used the tape - now my feathers are lifting! I'll go with glue this time!
