Twisted limb problem

Started a new first bow from dogwood stave. One limb has some twist. Do I need to steam bend or can I use a heat gun. Also one limb has natural reflex, I would like to match it. Should I use steam or heat gun?

I suggest you do neither heat or steam.

Unless the propeller is crazy, just leave it. Use a side nock to keep the aesthetics right...
As far as the reflexed limb, unless it has several inches more than the other, leave it be.

If its only slightly twisted... Yeah I agree just leave it. Might also be possible to tiller it out. The reflexes limb.... Just make it the bottoms limb.

 3 unless is severe like already stated I would leave it be , as I believe character makes a bow

Seasoned or green is a good question,  I know some don't worry about it but If
it is seasoned I would heat it and green seal and steam it,  I would straighten it out if I could. Match the reflex the best I could and take the twist out, It truly won't hurt either way and to each their own but I like to start out with a floor tillered stave as straight as possible,propeller twist or one limb reflex and the other not ant character to me. Snaky/knots/holes now that's another story.
