buffalo spirit shield.
the buffalo were vital to the plains peoples. made with deer hide,
earth pigments, buffalo fur, trade cloth, turkey feathers and old glass beads.

will be late shipping as i cant go to the po until i get paid the 19th...sorry.

Here's a sneak peak at my gift. Hoping to be finished shape by tomorrow or Thursday with a hollow grind on it. Then should be doing handle work by the weekend. Overall length is about 9" and the blade length is 4". Thinking of putting either a nice zebrawood handle, or I have some bloodwood or Jobillo that would look good as a handle, we'll see.
