Crab apple?
Does the small branches have thorns. If so, might be a hawthorn.

Oregon crabapple....Pats right. Grows all along the pacific northwest coast

All the other crab apples have produced larger apples already. Maybe this ones just behind a bit. Confused me a bit. Thanks guys.

Crabapple fruit can be from pea size to golf ball size depending on the species.
