Man, I am sorry.  Fire is the ultimate thief.  You and your neighbors are in my thoughts and prayers.  It's a helluva summer so far.

So sorry for your loss.......Mother Nature can be cruel.  At least you and your family were not there and are OK.  Hope everyone else out there stays safe also.
Happy hunting to all!

Not may things worse than a house fire!  This country is the driest I can ever remember.  There are some very devistating fires going on now.  My daughter and her family live in Bozeman and Helena.  There is a fire right on the edge of town in Helena and looks like her old house is in harms way!  We just pray that we will be missed.  Nothing to say that will ease the pain of your loss, but you have a great attitude about it.  Now if Eddie and all his buddies weren't hogging all the rain maybe we could just look forward to a normal hunting season!  A/Ho Joe

I'm sorry for your loss, but thankful you were not there during the fire.

Joe; we can spare some of the rain. We got 15.5" at my house in 3 days. We have been in drought conditions for 2 years, that really helped.

Talk about drought I went down to the ogeechee yesterday and it has stopped flowing at all for the first time in my 52 year life span. I wonder if the continuously rinning irrigation could have enything to do with it. Let alone the drought. Ron

Man I hate to hear that.  Those fires look rough out west this year (but I guess we say that every year).  I pray all y'all out there stay safe.
