My car has been found!!

On Thursday I drove some family to Waco that had come down for my aunts funeral. On the way back my car broke down out in the country in front of a house. I asked the person that lived there if it would be ok to leave it there until Sunday. He said sure. It was my 94 Camry. I've had it five years and it's my favorite type of car. A paid for car.

Well my father-in-law and I drove down there today with a trailer. No Camry. Gone. I asked the man and he said he thought I had picked it up. I'm going to head down there again tomorrow and look for it. I just finished up with summer scho on Friday. I'm pretty bummed, but it could always be worse.. Good thing I didnt drive a nice car  ;)

Thats a bummer Cipriano.  I hope you find it.  Camrys I think rank pretty high on the stolen car list.  Also, if there are any salvage yards around there, say within 50 miles, I would call them and ask about it.  People will do anything for money and around here, if the car is over ten years old, no title is necessary to sell one to a salvage yard.

Did you check to see if the local police had it towed.  Around here, you have 48 hours to get a car moved or they will tow it and impound it.  Hope you get it back.

I know how you feel. I had my pride and joy Jeep stolen about 30 years ago. I still look at old blue CJ-5s and think, "that might be my Jeep".

Hope it shows up,I also had my pride and joy stolen about 40 years ago,57 Chevy me and Miss Joanie had went to a BJ Thomas ;) ;D ;D concert in Nashville,came out and it was gone,the law said they had stolen about 20 cars in that area that night, hooked them up to a wrecker and hauled them off ,we went back for weeks looking ,but no luck,probably parted it out. :( :( still don't like BJ Thomas. >:( ;) also hate a thief.  >:( >:(

Sorry to hear that Cipriano....  I hope it shows up for you. I've had a car and a motorcycle stolen and it's just leaves you with a gut ache and an empty wallet  :(
