 My Dad bakes goose like a turkey in the oven... Secret spices all over it...and butter too.  It's a red meat.  Tastes great.
Any critter tastes good with enough butter on it.

yea its the same for me too i do it like a turkey and i do my own blend of spices. and you really cant beat having a fresh delicous meal that is free and tastes great too! ;D
