Fine job on that one. I like the dark color with just a hint of red with matching arrows!! Did you use a leather dye on it?

Thanks for the comments guys!

For the arrows I used a gel stain. The red is thread for reinforcement as the arrows are self nocked.
The bow was paper backed and painted black with spray paint and sealed witha few coats of polyurethane. The handle is brown leather from an old jacket I took apart; same with the arrow shelf but the leather is just reversed. I also made a tip protector with the leather.
Flemish bow string I made with a simple jig.

Love this bow!
