And Now...Some Arrows
« on: May 09, 2012, 02:21:24 pm »
Cipriano has agreed to make me a bow so now I need some arrows. I would like something primitive with no plastic. My draw is 30in and the bow will be about 45#.
Up for Trade:
This is a primitive (this is a primitive site, right) hand forged knife form a high carbon steel farrier's rasp. The handle is stabilized elk and it comes with the nice sheath.

Next is a back quiver I just finished. It is heavy distressed latigo laced with kangaroo.

The last picture is for JW. Me and some nice ladies I met at the St George Rendezvous.

Who is the ugly lady in the big ol' hat?!?!
Guns have triggers. Bicycles have wheels. Trees and bows have wooden limbs.

Nice work.  ;D

the part that has too much is reduced,
the part that has too little is increased."

SlowPaw:

Just finished your arrows.  Here's a teaser pic.  I'm hoping to send them via USPS tomorrow.  Gotta figure out a way to package them.
