Here's my attempt at an Agee. Made the black obsidian first then fiqured out the base was wrong, knocked a spall off from a pc of Coastal plains and came up with this one, I like it a lot better anyways. Thanks for looking . Bob

Nice ones Bob. Weather is nice here today so I made 2 more and took a picture of all 4 since we had some Sun light.

I apologize for the larger photo. I had to out smart my computer just to get it  to allow me to post. Agee is made from Novaculite and measures 1 1/4" x 3/4".

Thanks Bob, it is the same rock. I have found many fractures and I suppose cortex pockets hidden inside but there are pieces that are just great and require no heating.... :D

Come on folks lets get knapping! ;D  I want to see more points in this topic next month.  I figured I would slip another one in before the month ends. the first pic is what i started with.  I was just playing with flakes.  I also used a aluminum nail pressure flaker to do this point.
