Nice clean example.

One of the best I've ever seen.    Excellent point!

nclonghunter, I just recieved this pc and lots of others from my pith trade with 119er. Lots of small flat creek rocks, maybe niner will come on and ID for me.

Niner spends a lot of time up the Boge Chitto River north of the Pontchartrain.
I have been there with him. It's an unusual rocky river bottom.
Most everything has a cortex that was created by all the rocks and sand tumbling against eack other for eons.
It's loaded with tons of golf ball and slightly bigger sized chert nodules and petrified wood. The Chitto originates north east of there in Mississippi and is known for bigger chert nodules of the similar material.
Some are super colorfull and remind me of jasper.

Not perds. I've actually never been very fond of the shape of them, which is why I only made a little guy. A turd perd. It's the first perd I've made.

Ok ok, ya got me Zuma, I went out and made another... Also Georgetown. And here's a bunch of others I missed. I could hardly remember any of the types by the time I got outside, but here's a Mouse Creek in Upper Mercer, a Clovis in Rootbeer, a Revilla wanabe (oops out of order) which was another first attempt out of Georgetown, a couple Daltons out of translucent Mill Creek and Georgetown, and the two Perds. Few! I have a lot of catching up to do...
