First BBO finished
« on: April 22, 2012, 03:46:37 pm »
This is my first shooter of a bow... I started it two months ago and just finished it up last night. I got out today and shot it and was very impressed for it being my first BBO bow... I learned a ton away and look forward to starting my next!!

Specs
64ttt
62ntn
45#@28 draw
coco tip overlays

Thanks for looking and I can't wait to get out in two weeks for turkey season...last year I harvested my frist turkey with a recurve bow and hopefully this year will be a first with a bow from my two hands... Comments welcomed!!!

Outstanding, hard to believe that is your first bow. Have you been learning bow making here or at other online groups?

Perfect tiller. Take proper care of her and it will last for a longgggggg time. Tiller is everything in a good bow.

Very well done. Looks like a good meat maker!
Bowmakers are a little bent, but knappers are just plain flaky.

Thanks guys for all the nice compliments... I learned a bunch from reading different post from here and TG... Roy from PA on TG helped me out with any questions I had... Ordered some 40-45 spined arras tonight and some fur silencers... looking forward to putting the whole package together later on in the week!!!

Very nice work!  I think you made one to take in to the woods for a long time. Congrats.
