Two more points
« on: April 12, 2012, 09:47:29 pm »
I made these two a couple of days ago.  The first is from uncooked jasper and the second is from uncooked broken gravy bowl from the late forties probably.

I got it fairly thin but the center line was off.

I love working with this old glass.

Like the jasper.

I look around where I am and wonder what the heck is knappable and how to tell quickly?

Nice points Madcrow.  I've got some of that glass I found in the creek not too log ago.  I picked it up for the same reason.

Real nice. That jasper looks like it would do a job on ANYTHING!
