stage set painting
« on: April 07, 2012, 08:56:10 pm »
Every year I paint for free the back drop for the musicals here at the college.  This years musical is South Pacific.  So I start on it this morning and just finished.  Remember it is to be view at 30 yard plus so no detail.

It always makes me smile to see how talented people are.  You might assume that because we all make bows that we are all pretty much alike then you see a guy do something like this and you begin to wonder just how diverse we all are in what else we can do.

good work! looks pretty real, i think of bow making as an form of art and it doesn't suprise me that there are so many talented people on this site, who's talents range from carving to martial arts to drawing and painting even writing(badger story). very diverse group  :)  you should post more of you work.
