First bow is still taking shape

uuugh i keep losing the text when i go to re-size the pic!!!!!!!!!!

lower limb stiffened up and stayed stiff even after exercising 30 plus times so i had to retiller
the right fade isnt a hinge but the curve of the wood, in fact it is fairly stiff at that fade

I think its 36lbs @ 18in? will need to double check that

This is where being a kid helps, I only need another 4 inches to reach my drawlength and another 2 to be safe

There's a lot going on with the character of the stave and with the orientation of the photo.  The photo looks a little tilted to me.  I straightened it.  I don't know whether this will help you or not.  But, here it is.

If you have not already give the brace height tiller a check.  Make a mark a few inches down each limb from the handle (just past the fades) and take a measurement to the string.  Ideally the top limb will be 3/16 of an inch larger than the bottom gap.  This is called a positive tiller.  It's not an exact science but helps. 
As for computer skills, working for Dell has it's advantages.

@PA.I did that but there was 1/2 in difference from upper to lower, so it needs more work

@hedgeApple. In your pic the door behind the bow is tilted a little so that line thingamajig might not be too accurate, but thank you for the imput, I think that my pic might be tilted too, just in the opposite direction

And@dictionary. Whichever helps us make bows better, or maybe both

I wasn't looking at the door, I was trying to square up the tiller tree.  PA's way is probably more accurate because sometimes handle set a little funny on the tiller tree.  There seems to be some character in the handle/fade area.  There's always a lot of variable when building a bow.  That what makes it so fun.
