« on: February 24, 2012, 11:52:10 am »
hi guys.

So i have just got some timber to build a reflex jig to reflex a whole bow but something I'm not sure on is. How do you go about drawing an even "D" on a piece of timber??? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks again

Screws and flexible yard sticks.

Cool, never thought of that. Been meaning to do the same thing.

the upper part is pressed down,
the lower part is raised up,
the part that has too much is reduced,
the part that has too little is increased."

Its real simple to do. You will need 3 drywall screws and 1 aluminum yard stick. Find your center and go from there.

Think your way through it you will have a fine caul when your done. Try your best to keep symmetry between the two sides. It will make building the bows that come off it much easier.
