Nice shop and rabbits.  You have some nice toys.  What is the hole in the microwave door for?

so do you just put a tupperware dish of water in there with it for the steam or how does that microwave deal work?  Interesting...

Any side effects from the open microwave, like sterilization?  Might save me some money  ;)

All you have to do is soak a rag in water, wrap the section you want to bend and stick it in the hole. Mine had a hole in both sides. In 20-30 seconds it's ready to bend. If you are afraid of whatever I just stuffed the holes with wet rags. The wood will bend like butter.

Lots of people are terrified of this idea, infact they have stopped just short of saying it's stupid. I think Paul Rodgers yrs ago in PA mag wrote a article on this, I thought it was a great idea....BUT I researched it before I started to use it. I called a specialist in the field, and although he could NOT professionally recommend....personally he seen no problem. Although microwaves open can be dangerous if you are close the futher away no effects. I ALWAYS wrap the stave/billet with a wet rag, and fill both holes (there are 2) front and back with wet rags as well, turn on and stand several feet away. If you try this you will find the rags get hot on the inside of the oven, not the outside....the waves are contained because of the wet rags. Depending on the wattage 1-3 minutes you are bending. I feel if this scares you...why would you eat something from this machine??? Those with pace makers...I think it would be wise to avoid this, just to be safe.
