My first hidden tang knife...
« on: February 23, 2012, 12:11:30 pm »
I've done some smithing and made a few knives but this is the first I've made this way  ??? , old circle saw blade with brass and walnut handle. I like the handle shape it is very comfy, but I messed up on the 3rd coat of poly and it is lumpy in one spot. Overall I really like this little guy. :D

Lemme know what ya think?

Yes Sir!

I like it!
But then I'm a sucker for stubby blades. :)
Not too much you can't do with 'em.

Made the guard from a square piece of brass on the roller part of the belt sander.
