and I could not be more thrilled to hear the videos helped you with your builds! That was why I made the channel in the first place. I used Fiebling's leather dye: light brown and black on all the wood except beneath the snake skins which I kept natural.
@mullet: No stain under the skins. The lighter wood brings out the orange more in this skin. The black isn't as black as it would be if I put some dye below it, but I liked the orange and wanted to show it off.
