Nice job, Shawn. Really nice bend on that one.
For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.

Nice tiller on that bendy handle, SA.

BCBull, looking forward to seeing yours.  You can attach the pic files directly on this forum, if you downsize them to 220mb or less.

Got a tube in the mail yesterday and started opening it as I walked down the driveway. Found a bow from Paul aka "bubby". It is a trilam white oak/walnut/white oak. The glue lines are as tight as can be and the over all craftsmanship is impressive. I have only shot a couple arrows and it is nice shooter.  Paul also threw in a jasper arrowhead. Thanks Bubby for your generosity.

The best part of this swap is over for me. My bow is made, shipped and received. Now I watch this thread every day to see what everyone else is doing, what problems they are running into and how they cope with them. Trouble is, I haven't been getting my daily fix the last couple days. I had to go to page 3 to find this thread today. C'mon guys, help the old addict out.
If I knew what I was doing, I'd probably be bored with it, and I wouldn't be here.

Rob, it's fun when you get your trade bow too, like christmas in july, Bub

Yeah, Bubby, I'm looking forward to that. Trouble is, an addict needs his fix every day, not just at Christmas in July.

Well I have started to tiller out my hackberry stave.......this is on a long string with the leather cups.  This is pulling pretty good.  Still plenty heavy.  Have it to about 42# here.  Going for a bend in the handle design, also plan to cut some nocks in soon.

Here are some back,

 belly,

and side view shots.
