Well, the sinew cured enough for tillering.    She's shooting a fast arrow, judging by the sound it makes between letting go of the string and the arrow hitting the target.  You know the sound, "PA-DUNK."  Its not PAAA-DUNK.  If you follow the curves, she's 52" tip to tip with a stiff handle drawing 42 @ 26".  Here's a few pics, just after testing it out.  However, my trade bow is coming in 3 lbs. light.  My dilemma is, do I add another layer and hope to gain a few pounds or leave it as it is?  What d ya think I should do?

I dont claim to know anything about sinew other than what ive read, but could you put it in a hotbox for afew days and see if it gains alittle more weight?

Turtle:  I was just thinking of setting it near my wood burner.  It is a relatively fresh sinew job.  It may gain a little that way.  Thanks for your input.

Thanks, Bub for tipping your hand and showing that great lookin handle (which is right handed). Now at least I will be able to sleep the next few days instead of dreaming of getting that in the mail since I'm a lefty. Great job!!

MWiricki...3 lbs sure wouldn't matter much to me. I say finish it up and send it, man!! :P

Bubby that is a beaut! Should be a butter smooth draw and great looking tiller. Love the colors. should make someone very pleased. Well done

Matt looks like a great shortie. If the sinew is less the a month curing you will probably gain a little more. Although I doubt three pounds under would be anything to frown about.
