Thanks guys, your compliments mean allot to me, they truley do! I will leave the money shot up to the new owner, soon enough! The skins are rat snake tails. I did up a 65" bow and that was all left over......they where bigguns'!!!!

I've been tied up for a week or so with grandbabies! So I', just cathing up. Rob W., Paul S., and Pearl lots of great work and labor . Beautiful bows all.
Got back to work on mine closing in on final draw and weight, what do ya'll think ? Bending good?

   I like that Knapper. I never paid much attention to longbows before, but now that I've started making them, I just love that simple beautiful curve. And yours has it.    Rob

It is Osage. I've had it on  the shelf for about 3 years. So now I'll finish fine tuning to final draw, still need a couple of in. then start the finishing process.

Thanks for the look!! This bend through handle has been racking my nerves. Its my first like this so Im glad to have it come out like it has.

  This was a good way to challenge yourself and gain lots of knowledge and experience. You knew when you went into this that you could do it. To what extent was your challenge and you nailed it!  8)
