I guess we all work in Flip Flops down here, heck, I've hunted in them ;D. Cam, I've worked in -40 with a wind chill -58. When it warmed up to 0 dg I had my shirt sleeves rolled up. I'd like to stick some of you guys on the Airboat when it's in the teen's down here and I crack ice going in :o. Nothing like 45 mph with a 350 HP fan sucking it to ya'. ;)

This is one we put in 2 years ago in my neighbor's shop.  I use his every day and all my tools are in there.  It's up on high so we don't have to bend over to start it up.  Store the kindling below.

I'm fond of wood burning stoves.  I'm going to put one in the house next year.

That looks like the one I have for Chris, made in Chattanooga, Tn. I have a bigger wood burner in the house. On romatic nights I've been known to turn the A/C on so it was cool enough to use. ::) :D

I built my own about 25 years ago heated with it for 22 years and took it out a few years ago I kinda lost my fondness for it I still got it just in case of hard times. Ron

I know exactly where you are coming from there. Heated a BIG house (3500+ sq ft) house for over 20 years with only wood. When I moved, I had 2 main criteria, central heat & no stairs.

We were just messen with y'all southern  belles !
We no cold is cold no matter how you get there!!
The older ya get the less fun it is and then it gets down right pain full !
We call them little stoves brooder stoves up here  cause they were used in the brooder house to keep the chickens from freezing !
I quit burning wood 20 some years ago but I am thinking about digging my brooder stove out again for my shop !
If I could just get it cleaned out enough not to burn the place down !

This one actually was made to burn coal and coke and is also a hot water heater. I need to talk to someone at the Power Plant and maybe get a couple of buckets of coal.
