sinew cable/string

Anybody ever make a sinew cable for a cable backed bow? I would like to try this, but need a how to. Thanks in advance for the help.

Yes, just make the cable like you would the bowstring... maybe a bit thicker but not too think.  The Anasazi bows I've seen had cables that looked identical in thickness to the bowstrings.

If you are making an Inuit type bow, however, then you will need to make a very long, thin, braided, sinew strand that will then be made into a cable of several of these strands.
Any critter tastes good with enough butter on it.
