I hear ya. If I wasn't working, I would have been sleeping away.
I sure hope 2012 is better to me than 2011 was.

I was in the woods and settled by 6:30 this morn. This is the last day of late archery. Saw 6 deer. On a still hunt back to the house I got spotted by 3 does and one of them was so intersted in my she came up to about 10 yards and was snorting and stomping, but upwind. I could see her eyelashes, but couldn't conger a shot. Great Fun though! May go back out this afternoon. Real windy here today, up to 40mph winds, no tree stand today.
HAPPY NEW YEAR Ya'll, derik gratz

Same to you Cip.
I didn't make it back out yesterday. The wife and I got the kids to the in-laws and spent the afternoon together.
We did take a walk and I found some trails I'd never hunted before, even an old broke down tree stand. Looked like a good spot to set up next year.
Ya'll have a gooder, dpgratz
