Well shucks. Even with a well rounded back, heavily tempered belly and what I call a decent tiller....she still formed some compression fractures . Oh well! The only thing I can come up with is I should have made it 2" longer to compensate for the long riser I wanted. I just cant believe 1" per limb longer would have saved this one. Ash can be tricky for me.

Stats:

66" oal - flatbow
11 " riser area
1 11/16" wide fades
7/16" tips that start to narrow about 11" from the end.

Looks fine to me assuming that it's the style you wanted.
E.G Longish stiff handle, stiff outer third, I tend to go for a longer working limb myself, but it's a matter of style.

I'll comment when you post a picture of the front veiw - it's impossible to comment on the tiller until then.... ;) apart from the limbs are bending evenly. Good luck hunting.

Hi PD, Its not like me to give out any advice But at first glance Id say more bend towards the fades. It seems when I post for tiller  advice and comments I always come away thinking I need more bend at the fades. I had to string and pull a few of my bows to compare profiles Most my bows look close to yours. Your fades my be longer then anything I have.  My present bow is bending right out of the fades so I think or that was my goal at least.. Looks like your bow would draw smooth. Chuck that is an 11 1/2" riser. It gives the impression of stiff fades. If you take a close look at the taper area you will see the bend starts right as the taper flattens out. My bottom limb is a touch stiffer than I want. But experience tells me the lower limb will probably take about 1/4-3/8" more set. I wont be upset if it stays where it is either, it shoots lights out right now. I will get some finish work done in the coming days and post the details and pics. Thanks for the comments all.

I see,
 As soon as I posted my comment I tipped my laptop screen way forward and all that I could see was your bow in perfect profile. I new the riser was longer then norm it just caught me off guard like I said "At first glance" I like it a lot good job.
