Tribute bow
« on: November 15, 2011, 04:47:14 pm »
RIP Scott Ray Henry (Blue Lightning)

Scott left the Red Road and started on the Star Path of his ancestors on 11/08/11. There were four nights of sweat lodge - Birth, Life, Death and Rebirth. During the first sweat I saw the image of this bow and made it on 11/10&11. On the 11th at sunset it sent a shaft to a fine buck. Scott was a childlike open heart man with hundreds of friends attending his funeral on the 13th. His smile was full compass.

58" NTN 65# @ 28" Osage with walnut footing, handle deerskin wrap, acrylic paint, shellac.

Great tribute and sweet bow. Love the "full compass smile". perfect for a man of the bow.
