Dean, it took about an inch and a quarter of set, maybe a hair more. Not bad at all. The stave was well seasoned and not just dry. I seem to have better results with guilds staves... I guess those ole timers were right. Huh, who would have thought?  >:D. Indie flip the tips ever so slightly once the bow was tillered. I was worried about the tips coming off from the heat, but no problems.
