I think we have had the nicest weather in 10 months today. So I sat in the rockpile from 12:30 till 5:30 sipping a few cold ones and chipping. Most of these are going on the end of a stick. It's an assortment of rock. I don't know what it is but I sure do like how sharp the Tallahatta quartz gets. The little bullet one with the round stem is going in the end of a piece of cane in case I get a chance on another head shot with a hog again. And all these were thinned with percussion, including the Mahogany obsidian instead of my diamond saw.

Yea, Curt. I've gotten two so far and it's amazing how fast they fall dead. You ought to come on down for the Dade City Knap-in this year. They are going back to how it used to be, calling it a Primitive Arts Festival. Supposed to have all kinds of things going on, soap making, pottery, atl-atl throwing and bow making, (me)

One short of a dozen! Nice pile of Indian Bullets. (Can't remember who posted about his grandfather calling stone points that, but I love it and stole it!)

Very nice Eddie, what a nice variety of stone and shape! Only 2 weeks before I'm down in your neck of the woods visiting Dad. Hope you're in town and I can get away long enough to say hey.

Roger, how's Claude doing? Next time you head up his way shout at me, I might meet you there. And you're welcome anytime, I'm sure I can find something to throw on the grill.
