Finished a Knife (pics)

Grabbed a piece that I didn't know what it was going to turn out to be. It came from TimO and had some fossils in the other stuff we broke so I wasn't set on it coming out perfect. I hit away and the white colored area didn't flake right and stepped right off the bat in the craziest way. I didn't take a picture as I was trying to focus as best I could to make it turn out. Here's what I ended up with.

Finished up the knife this morning. I'm surprised how well it turned out. Used artificial sinew and epoxy. This one is going to my neighbor who gave me his entire whitetail antler collection a couple months ago. Turned out to be 12 different racks that would score from 80-120. He has no clue it's coming. It's scary that I would be more pumped up to give away something than to receive. I'm kinda excited to give it to him.
