i was wondering if these are knappable, normally i'd break some off to check them out but their in the wife's flower bed so i want to be shure before it hits the fan

Any rock in the yard is fair game. Put bricks on those water hoses and take a chip out of the rocks to see if they'll knap. rick B

Im with Rick on this one, any knappable rock used for landscaping should be a crime or it should at least be understood that they will not be safe when you are running low on material.

My wife puts flint in her garden just to mess with me. Also she knows that the round ones make good hammerstones. My advice never tell them anything flint related (they are evil).
