Very nice. I get confused because many say mulberry is not up to such a task.
When I was a kid there were red mulberry trees next to the baseball diamond. After practice we would "accidently" throw berries at one another and the stains brought about a real "reckoning" when we got home.
I have acouple billets that I have had for 15 years or so-a mulberry tree fell on my sister's chicken coop. bow making was only a dream at the time and I am sure I missed some possible staves-this bow by Halfeye proves it.
Thanks for posting the pics.

Mulberry makes an excellent bow wood. Not as hard as osage but not as heavy either so they can shoot the same with a little more wood in the mulberry bow.

Thanks Pat. It is good to know that mulberry trees still entertain young boys! I am new to this. I have made a couple kids bows from small hickory trees and boards, a few BBO's and BBI's. I enjoy the helpfulness found here.
