I was going to guess you were using it to smoke wacky weed. ;)
Does it have a point that slides into the hallow end? The point stays in and the shaft falls loose when you shoot. Justin

Does the other end have fletching? ;D Maybe you have a small saw blade that fits in the end so you can reach just out of reach branches that need cutting. ;D Pat

28" elder, Most likely 1/2" to 3/4" wide. Light weight for its size.
