4 CA Rivercane arrows
« on: September 13, 2011, 11:33:16 pm »
Here are 4 rivercane arrows that are almost done. I shot them all and on one of them the forshaft stayed in the haybale and I havent found it so that one has no foreshaft, lol. These things are by far my favorite arrows to shoot. There is just something about the cane that makes it so nice. They have a helical twist on the feathers and they are all super accurate. Thanks for looking.

Sweeet!  What wood did you use for the forshaft?
Is this bow making a sickness? or the cure...

Those are just what I like in an arrow; simple, primitive, and effective.  Great looking arrows.

Good lookin' arrows.  I've yet to try can arrows.  Are you supposed to wrap the fore shaft?  That might be the part that's not done yet, huh.  Nice Job!!

Thanks Guys. 2 of the arrows have  a salt cedar foreshaft and 1 has an arrow weed foreshaft. I like the salt cedar better because its like indestructible, the arrow weed stuff is kinda fragile.

Bowstrait: the shafts are wrapped for like 2.5 inches in the front, you can barely see it because its real sinew so its transparent.
