Free post anvil
« on: September 06, 2011, 12:40:57 pm »
I finally got myself an honest-to-goodness anvil over the weekend and no longer need the post anvil I've been using to forge blades.  If anybody wants it come and get it.  It is made from a piece of 4" round stock that is about 6" long, which is sunk in a 5 gal. bucket of concrete.  It has plenty of mass to move steel, but I wanted something a little more versitile.  Here's a pic:

Just get with me an arrange a time to pick it up.

Looks like you'll need a forklift to lift it into your pickup truck.
