It was good to meet ya at flint ridge , we need to come up with a way to recognise other PA folks at events as I'm sure others were there !

Thanks Guy...it was good to meet ya too.  :)  I did see n talk to a couple other PA guys there. But,yeah im sure and know there was more there that we didn't see/meet/find out who's who. Its always fun going to events and being able to meet some of the guys here that ya frequently talk too.

Sweet bow dude!   I especially like the story of how you stuck with it and stuck with it and kept sticking with it until you got the bow you wanted.  I think it makes it that much better.  Nice job man.

I don't know colt. Can't be my good looks because the fugly part was meant for me and not the bow..lol :laugh:

I'm not sure how I missed this one, must have been due to my lack of patience with mom and dad's dial-up connection while I was out hunting.

Yeah, I missed this one. Glad I caught it cause this is a super looking bow.

One request,Chris. Can you possibly show a close-up of the tips? I really like 'em but ain't know how to do that.

Lane...here's a better pic of the nocks I do. I just cut a couple small pieces of padauk and shaped em on the belt sander to fit over the back of the bow tip,glued and clamped em down with TB3, then reinforced em with serving and superglue. Pretty simple. I use these nocks on bow tips that are too narrow to side groove. Oh and thanks for the kind words sir.

Course it is deer season but that hornbeam stave we talked about a while ago is next in line...
