A few "anti-fletch" fluflu arrows

Here are three fluflu arrows I made.  Blunt tipped for shootin' up in the air.  They don't usually stick in trees.

Nice arrows, I like that kind of fletch betterthan the standard big fletch flu flu's they slow down too much for me,

Tracy, That's what I keep telling my buddies, my next hunting goal...water fowl.   They will fly well, depends on me were they hit. ;)

i have never really understood what the "fletching" material is on flu flus like that is it just one big feather wound around the shaft?

I dont understand what you mean by the "anti-fletch" part.  They look like regular flu flus to me.

I call them "anti-fletch" because fletching is suppose to help the arrow correct quickly and give it accuracy down range.  With the regular high backed fluflu three fletch style the arrow is just slowed a little by the extra drag, so it still goes pretty far down range.  This type of fletch, "anti-fletch", looses power in about 25 yards and the arrows fall out of the sky.  Maybe it doesn't make sense,  ??? ;)

ohh I got cha...haha I wasn't seeing it from that perspective.  Fletch as in slow down the arrow not help it fly far.
