Nice. I could see the first set of pics was a trot and the next set you were moving faster, but had a hard time telling from the pics if you were moving at full canter.

Bareback next time??  >:D

It was a great time, you have to have alot of trust in your mount to drop the reins when at a nice gallop. These horses were really well trained for this course, Mike has invested many hours in working with them and it showed when we rode.
We worked with another horse as well, hopefully mike will post pics of that too!
Thanks katt for a great time...see you in November at hunting camp.

;D Ok heres a couple bareback pics. Also a couple pics of some training we did with a friends mare. 8) The ponies are water training. and the gray one im riding its the first time he had ever see a bow he looked at it and didnt care so i jumped on his back and started shooting. Yes thats my better half doing the water training on the ponies. Both are now in Mounted archery training. The smaller one is the one my granddaughter is starting to shoot on.The big  gray is the one im shooting on in the pics. The Gray Mare Eric and i are working belongs to a friend that wants to shoot his bow from her. For Y-All that want to give this a try the Wife and I are going to start a post In Around the campfire to help peeps get their horses started and answer questions about the training and Horse archery and so on.
