I have seen some nice all heartwood sinew backed yew bows that were sweet!
my friends think my shops a mess, my wife thinks I have too much bow wood, my neighbors think im redneck white trash and they may all be right on the money!!

wait, what about a yew shortbow warbow, mabey something like 150@26( and please don't start saying a shortbow can't be a warbow)
or..... is it possible to make a take down warbow?

Concentrate on making good bows before making these silly weights, 150 @ 26 will be like pulling a bow more like 190

Jeez, Yew will make any sort of bow...as long as the design is vaguely sensible!
