Wild Black Cherry any good?

I have a few large wild black cherry trees in the woods behind my house along with many other great looking hardwoods back there.  I think I have heard it is good but what I have read is only about black cherry not wild Black Cherry.  Another one I have are some HOlly shrubs well they are more like trees they are about 30 foot tall and the muliple trunks that come off of the them are very straight and about 5 inches in diameter any one ever tried holly I read it was good to but not sure

Just making a bow from prunus avium which would have been nice if i hadnt make a big steam bending mistake, now looking at a 40lbs but would have taken a whole lot more if i hadnt **** it up. Holly has always had far too much prop twist for me to event attempt it
