They all probably work fine but a glue of head was made to put on wood shafts. The screw ons were made for man made shaft materials. I prefer to haft trade points like I haft stone points with pitch glue and sinew wrapping. I do use some glue on broadheads with my hunting arrows and glue on field points for target shooting.

Hafting is attaching a point or head to a shaft or handle
...from Websters New World Dictionary...haft, a handle or hilt of a knife, sword, etc.   ...to fit with a haft.

Many glues are good for attaching glue on points. I always used hot melt glues made for attaching points.  For hafting stone and trade points I like pitch glue and sinew wraps.
