I got about 50 arrows thru her today, sucker really flings an arrow, and fast to, the string's off center abit so i used that as the arrow pass side, suprising enough it didn't slap me once,gonna glue some leather on to fill out the grip, narrow the tips a bit and do the finish soon as i get some more arrows thru her, still 'bout 70# but a smooth draw, i'll post some more pics when it's done, Bub

here'a a pic of the leather grip build up and the kind of groups that I'm getting with the first hundred arrows thru her at 20 yds, this bow shoots real nice, Bub

Nice job on that handle and great shooting.  I really like the look of that leather, almost looks like wood rings. Finish her up and post that money shot. :)

I have bandsaw envy. What size is that? Looks perfect for cutting down staves as you have here.
Also with those mild recurves, how do you keep them from pulling out when tillering? Im about to start a gum bow with slightly more recurve in it than yours and the tips are alreday pulling out without being tillered at all!
