Hope the pics made it,this is my first shot at a bow, after shooting it for a while the tiller seems a bit off any pointers?
It is ironwood 50#@28"  57"ntn with deer horn rest&tips thanks for any feedback!

Looks good to me also,what do you think went wrong with the tiller, ??? full draw look fine to me. You Didn't have a brace picture. :)

wow.first bow? looks really good to me too... my first bow sure did'nt look any where that nice... mine broke in both mid limbs, guess i should not have used poplar.............

I think you are suffering from tillering eye fatigue.
A sharp blow to the head or a bottle of red wine usually cures it.

Trying agan sorry for the trouble .to answer pappy the top limb seams to have a diffrent tiller profile maby im to pickey.it has 2.5"set maby it was to wet when I tillerd?

Looks very good. That is an excellent tiller from a challenging stave. So are you concerned because one limb has taken a little more set than the other? I have that happen too. Enjoy your bow. Jawge

Well thanks I guess it was just me looking at it for to long and seeing something that was not there


Gun Doc...yes about 3/4of the work was freehand with the tip of the bow in between. The lugs of the drive tires.

Like everybody else said, nothing wrong with the tiller that I can see. Also dont make too much of some set, your power is where ya want it, the bows is very symetrical......shoot the hell out of it and enjoy each arrow. Personally I put more store by limb to limb symetry than just about anything else, and you got that !!!

I'll bet the next one's either in the works, or brain is workin on it, too ;D ;D

I do believe we have the same stave press!!!  Do you use sterno for heat straightening?  It's slow going but kind of works.  Works better for straightening arrows.
