Very nice looking bow...I couldn't tell. Is this osage or hickory or?

What Pat and Josh said...static curves is less limb bending so it stresses the rest of the limbs more...I guess it's a trade-off. I think the bow looks great! I'd be very pleased with your outcome, nice work! ;)

I think you did very good on that recurve.It's just a little set,and osage does'nt heat treat very well anyway,so you got the coon ;)..God Bless
