This is my new playland for a few days. I'm so close to the Venezuellan Bordor I can about spit on it. My flight from Bogota to Valledupar got delayed 6 hours so by the time we got there it was late. We did what our State Dept says American citezens shouldn't do, drive at night this close to where the FARC Guerrilas are based, like where i'm working. I stayed in a local Hotel in a very dangerous town the first night and then they made me move into a cottage at the Mine site where they have Americans stay. I'll try to post some pictures this weekend when many people aren't working here. I'm not supposed to take pictures here but, you know, a tourist has to take pictures. Cool birds, snakes and large iguanas everywhere. I'll have more pictures on Facebook because of the format size.

I'm gonna sound like your teacher did when you were a kid, "Behave!" follow the rules and be safe. I'm from Mexico, it's dangerous in Mexico and I don't ever see myself going back, but not as dangerous as Colombia.

But if...... Since Lane called dibbs on your bows, may I have your arrows?  O:)

 My wife will probablly divvy up the bows and arrows, Lord knows there is plenty. ;D I just told her to make sure the Company keeps me on the clock, I get paid by the hour ;) The internet is so bad I'll have to post pictures when I get home.

Make a few sharp rocks and tie them to sticks. Maybe the word will get out what kind of dangerous nut you are and everyone will leave you alone.  ;D

Will you be in Panama any length of time?  Our kids lived in Panama City for 5 years and Mary and I visited several times.  Beautiful place.
