Have a couple of other options. This might make a nice bow, though. Hickory/Ipe Wampanogue, maybe.

Bow is braced and the tillering is on the move. I think it's going to be a good one. We'll see.

looks like a good bow there, I bet when you get a finish on it the color of the wood will really stand out.
