Very nice bow Eric. Love that snakey wood. That stump in your last pic sure looks very familiar. You don't happen to live in the Seattle area do you?
Got tons of vine maple growing like weeds sure sounds like my area. Working on a pyramid style vine maple myself at the moment.

Thanks pappy, I was just trying to make it not be a slug and this is what I got. :)  thanks Zoltan.   Randman, yep that is a typical Seattle area cedar stump. I live 30 miles NE of Seattle on hwy2. thannks for the compliment.
