Probably right, I could have gone with June24 and perhaps should have.  But, I wanted to go hog hunting. ;D ;D ;D

We'll try again with more lead time.  Gonna be awful hot though.  Need to find a place with A/C during the summer. ;)

Heck, we're used to it.  Give me some shade and a log to knapp on....ehem...sit on, and I'm happy.  ;D

Well, we can sure do that.  I may not get back out there until July, but whenever I do I'll post it up.

Made it up here today. Met George, Patrick and his twin boys at George's lease. I made gravel out of great flint, Diego beat on all kinds of rock, George made his first points and they looked good. Patrick, well y'all know what me made.. Pure eye candy 8)

In the stand now.. Stickbender my bow has that knife on his hip. Showed it to everyone. Gracias amigo!

Cipriano, guess what happened affer you & Diego headed out... One of Patrick's boys walked over by that woodpile between where we were knapping and his truck and started screaming SNAKE! Patrick's going home with a beautiful copperhead skin. He wasn't 10 feet from where we were.  Wow!

Lets get a pig now.

That's crazy!!! What are the odds? ??? I'm a snake magnet I tells you. Just had about a 200 lb white with black spots hog here... He took off before Diego could get a shot

Well George is a hog hog ... He killed diego's hog..  ;)

Diego shot at a pesky coon, missed and fell back asleep.. Pesky coon came back, she shot at it and hit it, but coon turned out to be a porcupine!!!! I had no idea they were out here and looked like a coon to me.. I think it's gonna get mounted..

I do wish Diego had gotten him. I'd have gotten a couple more hours of sleep. ;) Sure glad one of us got him. Looks like we'll be having fresh pork to go with our beans for lunch. Been a fun get-together. Now if I could just get my points thinner... it'd be perfect.
