Bow Stringer pattern or template?
«

Hey guys, I tried doing a search on here for a DIY type of Bow Stringer but came up empty. Does anyone have a pattern, template or some good close up pics they wouldn't mind sharing so I could have a go at making my own today? Thanks for any assistance!

Cut (2) 2 1/2" sided triangles, fold it in half and sew one end up. That will make your cups. Pop some grommets in each cup and you have as stringer!

Here I just made this one it's not finished but it works as is I took some twisted nylon tieda loop in the end and the took a old homemade slingshot made from pracord for the other I plan to put a small scrotum sack on the looped end soon

Thanks for the help guys.
PD, I tried a simple "off the cuff" build but it kept sliding on me and wasn't working real well which is why I thought maybe I was missing something.
Rich, I'll drop you a PM.
Skyarrow, I'll never turn down a Build-along and if the same tutorial works for a sling pouch you'll be a hero to my two boys as well
